Spa Guidelines


HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm,
Tuesday through Sunday 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.


AGE ADMITTANCE
The spa is best suited as an adult environment. Guests must be 16 years of age or older to enjoy the hydrotherapy ritual.


SPA RESERVATIONS
Our spa reservations team is available for consultation on treatment selection and to make treatment reservations from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm daily. To reach our spa reservations team, please dial extension 4749.
They may also be reached via email at spafacb@posadas.com. To ensure the best availability for your desired treatment times, we recommend that you make your reservations in advance.
All treatment prices are in Mexican pesos and are inclusive of taxes.


ARRIVAL TIMES
We recommend that you arrive 120 minutes prior to your treatment in order to fully enjoy our 10-step hydrotherapy ritual. If time does not permits you to enjoy our hydrotherapy ritual, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment in order to check-in with ample time.


FOR YOUR SPA EXPERIENCE
Upon arriving at the spa, a Concierge will greet you and guide you throughout your experience. You will receive a personal locker with towels, robe and sandals. We ask that you kindly leave these in your locker at the conclusion of your spa experience. Swimsuits are required in our hydrotherapy ritual areas.


LATE ARRIVALS / CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy to all spa guests, every treatment ends on time. If you arrive late to your appointment, we may need to change your schedule or reduce the length of your treatment time. To ensure optimal treatment availability for all guests, cancellations or rescheduling must be made 4 hours in advance. If you do not show up or cancel your appointment, your room or credit card will be charged the full value of the treatment. Group reservations are subject to contract agreements and other policies.


FOR YOUR HEALTH
Prior to your treatment, a spa receptionist will provide you a health form to fill out. Please make sure to report any medical conditions you have, including allergies, pregnancy, high blood pressure or asthma. Certain treatments are not recommended for such conditions.


SPA ETIQUETTE
To preserve harmony in the spa, we kindly ask you to turn off your mobile phone. Food and beverages are not permitted in the spa. Alcohol is not served or allowed at the spa facilities. All personal valuables should remain in the safety box in your room. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables.


GIFT CERTIFICATES
Spa gift certificates may be purchased for any treatment or value amount, which appears in local currency. To purchase a gift certificate, please contact the spa reception at extension 4749 or via email at spafacb@posadas.com


TREATMENT DISCRETION
All spa treatments are therapeutic in nature. Our spa therapists are qualified and have ample experience in their field. For your comfort and convenience, you will be offered disposable undergarments during your treatment. You may also choose to wear your own undergarments. Should you have any preferences regarding your therapist’s gender or concerns regarding performance level or expectations, please notify the spa receptionist or contact one of the spa coordinators.
